We are the professional company mainly produce PVB, PVB film, in order to assure our quality and responsible for the customers, we are one of the seldom company in China who never use the recycled PVB material for PVB film, all the films produced with our own 100% fresh PVB resin, and we have the advanced production lines for producing PVB and PVB film in a 10 million grade purification workshop.The designed production capacity of the PVB resin is 5700 MT, and the PVB film is 6 million square meters.
We have different grades of PVB film, they are Automotive grade, PV grade and Architecture grade.To Automotive grade, we have transparent, colored shade;To the PV grade, we have transparent, and we develop a special opaque white film to thin-film module;To Architecture grade, we have transparent and milky white.The usage of the PVB film:Laminated safety glass for making windshield of the car, Curtain, bulletproof glass and so on.
To satisfy the customers′ demands continuously, the company expands the investment on R & D capacity.We have built the pilot scale production lines of PVB resin and film, which make us have the ability to produce samples according to the customers propose the special grade.
